Alexander Technique Lessons

Service Description

One to one private lessons as well as shared lessons are available. The lessons include simple movements standing, sitting in a chair, and restful/recuperative body work on a massage table. For performing artists who want to integrate the work more specifically into their practices, you are welcome to bring your instrument, score, script, etc.
